Once I purchase my cross stitch pattern, how do I get it?
Your pattern will be emailed to the email address you provide.
Sometimes, the email is sent to your spam folder. Make sure you check that as well.
I checked my email and still don’t have it. What now?
Send us an email
with the order number. We will happily send you the PDF.
I have the pattern, but would like for the size of the print out of the pattern to be changed (all on one page or multiple pages). Can you do that?
Yes! Send us an email with the order number and how you would like for the pattern to print out. We will adjust the cross stitch pattern print out size and send you the new file.
Do you create custom orders?
Yes! Send us an email describing what you would like to have. Once it meets your needs, we will list the product for you to purchase.
Am I allowed to change the colors of the floss on the pattern?
Absolutely! That is the beauty of these patterns. Change them to whatever you like.
Do you allow returns, exchanges or refunds?
Sorry, No. Due to the digital nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
